We are looking for a commercially minded and technically capable Product Specialist to own and grow specific solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. About the Role As the Product Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for two core solutions. You will combine deep technical understanding with strong stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery of industry-leading outcomes. You'll work closely with the Product Manager to support product delivery, vendor relationships, reporting requirements and national go-to-market initiatives - while proactively driving adoption and revenue growth. You will be the first point of contact for anything related to your allocated solutions, across both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Maintain deep technical product expertise of scoped applications. Present solutions to new and existing clients (remote and in-person). Support pre-sales scoping, solution design and technical validation. Assist with tenders, proposals and quote documentation. Deliver product sales training and enable the MIT sales team. Act as the first escalation point for product-related incidents. Collaborate with technical team to investigate and resolve issues. Maintain accurate support records and continuously improve support processes. Ensure knowledgebase and documentation remain current. Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain GTM materials including datasheets and customer-facing assets. What Success Looks Like Strong product expertise and relevant certifications maintained. Accurate, up-to-date documentation and GTM materials. High-quality, successful product implementations. About You Strong understanding of ServiceNow (desired). Commercially aware with the ability to support sales growth. Confident presenter and communicator. Structured and organised, with strong documentation skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Operations. Proactive, relationship-driven and outcomes-focused.
