We’re looking for a Transformation Workforce Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping how our Transformation portfolio is resourced, supported, and enabled to deliver impact at scale. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll sit at the heart of transformation delivery, working closely with senior leaders, Talent Sourcing, and portfolio teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. Transformation at ART is complex, fastmoving, and critical to our longterm success. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to Transformation leaders — helping them make smart, strategic resourcing decisions that balance agility, scalability, and workforce sustainability. You’ll influence how we plan, build, and evolve our workforce, ensuring our people strategy aligns with our broader transformation roadmap. Day to day, you'll: Partner with Transformation leaders to manage recruitment and workforce activities across permanent, fixedterm, agency, and consultant engagements Act as the primary workforce and resourcing contact for the Transformation portfolio Work closely with Talent Sourcing to shape sourcing strategies while retaining accountability for workforce composition decisions Oversee consultant engagements, contract extensions, and Statements of Work in partnership with Procurement Support seamless onboarding, offboarding, and workforce transitions across the portfolio Collaborate with EPMO and Portfolio Management teams to deliver accurate workforce forecasting and planning Analyse workforce data, trends, and risks to provide meaningful insights that support decisionmaking Help implement and embed standardised workforce management processes and tools Contribute to continuous improvement across workforce planning, portfolio operations, and enablement practices This role is a permanent opportunity.
