We’re looking for an ER/IR Advisor to join our Human Resources and Industrial Relations team. Reporting to the ER/IR Lead, this role provides practical, solutions-focused advice on employee and industrial relations matters, helping shape a consistent and respectful workplace culture across our national network. What You’ll Do Provide first-line advice and support to managers and employees on performance, conduct, and grievance matters. Undertake investigations and reviews to ensure fair, timely, and compliant outcomes. Support the interpretation and application of policies, procedures, and enterprise agreement. Contribute to submissions and responses to external bodies such as the Fair Work Commission, FWO, and AHRC. Maintain accurate and confidential case records, reporting on ER trends and insights. Support delivery of training and coaching to build leader capability in managing people matters. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years’ experience in employee or industrial relations, ideally within a multi-site or service-based environment. Sound knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance, and case management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility. Discretion, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting people through workplace challenges.
