We are seeking a skilled Senior IR Partner to oversee industrial relations within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Description Develop and implement industrial relations strategies in line with organisational goals. Provide expert advice on workplace relations and compliance matters. Escalation point for investigations. Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements and industrial disputes. Act as the primary contact for union representatives and other stakeholders. Monitor and ensure compliance with industrial laws and regulations. Prepare and present reports on industrial relations activities and outcomes. Profile A successful Senior IR Partner should have: A degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations laws and regulations. Proven experience in managing enterprise agreements and workplace negotiations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to provide strategic advice and solutions on complex IR issues. Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is highly regarded.
