Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage Contributing positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
