Super About Us Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd, is an Australian-based TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) licensed contract manufacturing business, a company attachment to the FPA GROUP, specialising in supplying high-quality Australian made complementary medicines and health food products, gummy and dairy products, cosmetics, hand sanitiser, pet supplement products, to local and international markets. About the Role We’re looking for a driven, high - energy medical sales professional, with existing experience, who thrives on making meaningful connections and is looking to join a company where a supportive, collaborative team culture is at the heart of everything we do! Key responsibilities 1. Develop and manage the assigned territory by identifying and expanding customers including healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies and distributors for complementary medicines and healthcare products. 2. Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and relevant TGA regulatory requirements to ensure accurate, compliant and professional product promotion. 3. Conduct regular field visits and sales calls, build effective communication with customers, and establish long-term, trust-based professional relationships. 4. Understand customer needs and usage scenarios, provide appropriate product information and support, and drive product adoption and sales growth. 5. Support product listing, ordering and supply coordination in collaboration with distributors and internal teams to facilitate smooth sales execution. 6. Achieve assigned sales targets and track territory performance, maintaining accurate sales records and submitting regular sales reports. 7. Participate in product training, sales meetings and relevant industry events to continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills. About You l5 years sales experience in healthcare/nutraceuticals/pharmacy is highly regarded. lBachelor’s degree or above in medical/health or a related discipline. lResilient, results-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills. lSharp scientific insight and quick learning ability. l Excellent communication and selling skills.
