About the role We’re looking for a Consumer Insights Manager to join our Consumer Insights team on a 12‑month contract . Reporting to the Head of Insights, you’ll lead key customer research and Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs that help drive Customer Obsession at TTI. This role is all about bringing the customer to life — transforming research, feedback, and data into meaningful stories that influence decision‑making across marketing, product, sales, and service. You’ll design and run research programs end‑to‑end, champion customer advocacy, and ensure we’re always listening, learning, and evolving based on what our customers need. Day‑to‑Day • Act as the champion for customer and shopper insight across the business • Lead end‑to‑end customer research programs — from design, data collection, and analysis through to storytelling, reporting, and embedding • Own and manage key VoC and research platforms (InMoment, Kapiche, BazaarVoice), ensuring data integrity and issue management • Translate customer, market, and shopper insights into actionable business recommendations • Build and maintain a customer engagement roadmap aligned with business priorities • Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, service, and sales to influence strategic and tactical decisions • Monitor and analyse insights from multiple sources including CRM, websites, research, and online reviews • Support Data Analytics teams with guidance on future data and visualisation needs • Lead cross‑functional insight forums to connect themes across service, sales, product and marketing • Drive continuous improvement through identification of platform issues, process enhancements, and opportunities to lift NPS and customer satisfaction • Embrace new tools — including safe, responsible AI — to enhance efficiency and insight generation What we’re looking for You’re a natural storyteller with a passion for understanding customers.
