Description The Customer Service Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping a solid digital and offline customer service experience that enhances customer satisfaction while driving business growth. Focusing on customer service touchpoints, success in this role is defined by transforming the customer service journey into a seamless, value-adding touchpoint for our customers. They will strategise and implement initiatives to optimize the digital service experience, create empowering self-help content, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales of accessories, cleaning & care products, and spare parts through our online shop. This role covers B2B and D2C marketing activities.
