Due to business growth , our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development/Account Manager to take ownership of end‑to‑end equipment sales, providing technical expertise, training workshop teams, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role has strong growth potential for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving results. About the Role Identify, develop and grow sales with new and existing business Manage the full sales cycle with automotive workshops and present proposals, programs and initiatives to drive sales growth Provide technical advice, training and product demonstrations to build customer relationships Oversee projects end to end with your customers to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Strong technical background – ideally a former mechanic or equipment specialist Proven experience in sales within the automotive sector (B2B), with the ability to manage complex sales cycles Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver sales results Excellent communication skills with the capability to build customer relationships with automotive workshops This is an opportunity to combine your auto/mechanical/technical expertise in a sales focused role, engaging directly with customers.
