Brandt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements Administrator to join our Settlements & Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager, this position is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales including account reconciliations and special reports. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Validate costs associated with deals prior to invoicing. • Analyse deal to maximise sales programs and conform to supplier’s requirements. • Processing and invoicing sales deals in Brandt computer system. • Complete associated Supplier transactions for the sales deals. • Receipting of trades into inventory. • Preparing and posting journal entries associated with invoicing. • Monthly/Weekly reconciliations of various sales related GL accounts and reports. • Prioritise tasks with assistance from supervisor What We Offer Advancement Opportunities Ongoing Training, Support & Development Access to our Employee Assistance Program A great team culture that values collaboration and growth If this sounds like you, please apply today!
