As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will drive aggressive sales and revenue growth while leading a complete organisational restructure. You’ll evolve the brand through high-level PR and marketing, transitioning Armani Restaurant from a local favourite to a globally recognised luxury destination. You’ll also build, empower, and monitor a high-performance leadership team. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Build and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue across dining, events, and catering Develop corporate partnerships and VIP customer programs Drive luxury wedding and private event packages from lead to close Implement upselling programs for premium menu experiences and banquet packages Support yield optimisation for a 450 capacity multi-zone venue Marketing, PR & Brand Positioning Lead campaigns aligned to Quiet Luxury and Middle Eastern Magic Manage social content direction and premium visual storytelling Oversee SEO and targeted database/VIP marketing Coordinate influencer outreach and media engagement to elevate brand presence Track performance and report on ROI, lead quality, and conversion Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Parramatta NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (Preferred) Experience: Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred) Management: 2 years (Required) Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred) Operations management: 1 year (Preferred)
