Social: Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team’s achievements We are currently looking for a People Systems Administrator to join our People & Culture team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract commencing in April 2026. As the primary contact for people system queries, you will deliver technical support and troubleshoot systems issues, collaborating with SMEs, vendors and IT teams. You will be guided and supported by great leaders, working closely with People & Culture, Payroll, and the wider business while learning how systems support the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities Provide Level 1 support to SMEs and end users by triaging and resolving queries across multiple channels, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and shared inboxes. Deliver support and training to SMEs and end users as needed. Support P&C projects and initiatives through system and data expertise. Supporting stakeholders in ensuring process, data management adherence and governance. Upholding privacy, data governance, sensitivity and confidential data practices and policies – both legislation and TTI policy. Manage and communicate system updates, patches, upgrades and testing as required. Maintain, enhance, and develop the people systems structure and functionalities to effectively support TTI’s business process requirements. About You Organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Open communicator, shares thoughts and opinions with others. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong focus on continuous improvement. Excel & MS 365 skills - Intermediate. Experience with people systems ideally a HRIS. administering an HRIS preferably Cornerstone. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field or related experience. Familiarity with human resource policies, procedures and processes.
