Inventory / Stock Controller – Day Shift | Chullora Our business partner, a proudly Australian-owned company based in Chullora, is a leading provider of supply chain and logistics solutions within the food industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory / Stock Controller to join their high-performing warehouse team for day shift operations across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer environments. Role Details Shift: Monday to Friday – Day Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pay Rate: $41.11 per hour Penalties Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records across all temperature-controlled environments Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and variance investigations Monitor stock movements, adjustments, and inventory integrity Use RF scanners and WMS to update and track inventory Investigate discrepancies and liaise with warehouse operations teams Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance and food safety standards Prepare inventory reports and support operational planning Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety procedures Skills & Experience Previous experience as an Inventory or Stock Controller Cold storage experience essential (Chiller & Freezer) Strong RF scanning and WMS experience High attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test
