You'll be working closely with the HR team to drive the payroll function of this business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your payroll career to the next level! About the Role: Collaborate with a payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely fortnightly payroll processing Respond to employee and manager queries regarding payroll, leave and benefits Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Identify risks and drive improvements in payroll processes Process complex terminations, back pays, salary increases, commission payments Ensure timesheets are processed by managers in a timely manner in line with payroll timelines Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and pay adjustments HR administration duties as required Skills and Experience: Previous payroll experience in a similar end-to-end role is essential Expereince with HR related admin is beneficial Exposure to payroll and HR systems Experience with award interpretation is required In-depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines independently If this role sounds like you, then please APPLY NOW!
