Our client is a privately owned Company with facilities in Victoria and QLD, providing a full range of food solutions. They are currently in an exciting phase, building a purpose built, state of the art factory at the Port of Brisbane. They are seeking a skilled Afternoon shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in a supervisory role, responsible for the technical hands-on oversight both electrical and mechanical and work coordination and scheduling. The Maintenance Supervisor is a leadership role and will ensure compliance with safety standards, and food safety -driven maintenance practices. Integral in supporting continuous site production you will uphold company policies while maximising equipment uptime and team performance. Initially located at Eagle Farm - relocating to Lytton to the new purpose-built, greenfield manufacturing facility within 9 months. Experience required to be successful in the role: Essential Minimum 4 years of electrical maintenance leadership experience in an industrial environment preferably food industry. Trade qualification would be preferrable but not mandatory. Extensive experience with industrial electrical systems and automation. Proven experience in a manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Interested?
