Reporting to the Showroom Manager of our beautiful Richmond showroom, this exciting role is designed for a passionate Culinary Expert who thrives in front of an audience. You’ll bring our Winnings Working Kitchen to life through engaging, hands-on cooking demonstrations that showcase the innovation and performance of leading kitchen appliance brands. From hosting intimate 2-hour cooking classes to supporting major store launches and flagship events, you’ll create immersive experiences that educate, entertain and inspire customers while delivering exceptional service. As a Culinary Expert, you'll: Manage Winnings appliance demonstration kitchens across Victoria Deliver 2-hour cooking classes on specific brands or technologies Manage weekly grocery orders for demonstrations Develop, test, shoot and film recipes (where required) Present confidently on-screen for culinary and marketing initiatives Prepare food and restock ready-to-bake items in allocated stores Cater for supplier, company, private and ad hoc events Demonstrate appliance functionality and provide expert advice on cooking methods and appliance operation Perform barista and hosting duties as required Coordinate and deliver staff lunches on weekends Facilitate staff training sessions and product demonstrations Provide exceptional customer service at all times Partner with management to conceptualise and deliver on-brand culinary experiences for store launches and key events You'll have - A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (essential) Exceptional communication and presentation skills Outstanding customer service capability Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Genuine passion for cooking, food and entertaining Previous demonstrator or presentation experience preferred Confidence engaging both small groups and larger audiences The ability to work 25-35 hours per week, including weekends Why Winning?
