You will: Elevate guest satisfaction with relentless service improvement, boosting RPS, NPS and overall F&B performance. Champion our brand and inspire a fun, high-energy, sales-focused culture that grows revenue and average check. Lead creative initiatives, promotional events, and innovative concepts that capture guests and maximise market share. Support manpower planning, recruitment, training, and career development for our ambassadors, fostering a strong team culture. Analyse trends, refine strategies, and drive profitable forecasting to enhance margins. Maintain exceptional service standards, brand compliance, HACCP, safety and a pristine work environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead communication, and represent F&B at key hotel committees. Oversee menu and pricing approvals, supplier relationships, and ensure daily revenue accuracy. Create an inspiring, ever-evolving environment where guests love to dine — and ambassadors love to work.
