3 month role with possible extension Brisbane CBD based Multiple positions available We are seeking multiple experienced and delivery-focused Project Managers to lead the planning and early implementation phases of several critical ICT initiatives that will shape the organisation’s digital future. These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-impact projects addressing system end-of-life risks, strengthening cyber security, improving operational efficiency, and modernising core business platforms. Various Key Projects Library Management System (LMS) Replacement Undertake detailed requirements analysis Conduct a comprehensive market scan Develop a full business case Deliver a high-level implementation roadmap Desktop Messaging Replacement (Telstra End-of-Life) Define business and technical requirements Conduct market engagement and procurement planning Develop a practical migration strategy Plan integrations, testing, change management and training Enterprise Printer Fleet Replacement Complete product evaluation and selection Develop a future-state print service model Inform a FY26–27 budget submission Address reliability, compatibility and security risks SharePoint Migration (On-Premises to Cloud) Develop a detailed migration roadmap Assess platform complexity and dependencies Re-design custom applications and workflows using modern M365 capabilities Provide indicative implementation costs for FY26–27 About You You are a highly organised and pragmatic Project Manager with demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT or digital transformation projects. You bring: Proven experience leading system replacement or migration initiatives Strong business case and roadmap development capability Experience managing procurement and market engagement processes Excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational change skills Strong governance, risk and reporting capability Experience in Microsoft 365 or enterprise infrastructure environments (desirable depending on project allocation) These roles offer the opportunity to lead significant organisation-wide initiatives with clear executive visibility and defined delivery outcomes.
