Your daily responsibilities will include: Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning. Develop, implement and maintain office systems, procedures and administrative policies. Prepare financial, operational and staff performance reports for the Director and recommend improvements. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial records in collaboration with management and external accountants. Manage payroll coordination, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable processes. Supervise administrative staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and rostering. Ensure compliance with company policies, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and relevant legislation. Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders to maintain efficient operations. Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and ensure confidentiality of business information. Support senior management with business planning, process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Skills & Attributes: Relevant qualification At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and procedures Strong organisational and time management skills Sound knowledge of administrative and financial processes Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders Strong attention to detail Understanding and compliance with OHS standards Relevant work experience Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation , based on a 38-hour work week.
