About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. Key duties will include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Responding to customer enquiries via email and online platforms Preparing and maintaining operational documentation Assisting with bookkeeping and accounts administration Updating and maintaining ERP system records (MYOB Advanced) Supporting general office administration functions Assisting with CRM and basic marketing administration tasks as required (e.g., HubSpot) This position is being advertised as a full-time role; however, alternative arrangements may be considered for the right candidate where operationally suitable.
