Operations Manager - Power Generation Full time - Fixed term (4 years) with option to extend $226,322 package You’ll be responsible for leading the shift-based operations team that runs a important, islanded power network, where reliability, safety and real-time decision making are critical. The role oversees the safe and reliable operation of generation assets (predominantly reciprocating engines) Ideal experience Proven leadership in power station, mining, or isolated grid operations Experience running or supporting 24/7 control room or operations teams Strong strategic leadership, resource management and rostering in high-pressure environments Solid understanding of power generation operation involving reciprocating engines.
