This position offers a broader scope than a traditional CA role — with greater involvement in on-site coordination, subcontractor interface, and program support. Your responsibilities will include: Contract administration and subcontractor management Preparation and management of purchase orders, scopes, and variations Progress claims, cost control, and financial tracking RFIs, document control, and drawing coordination Assisting with procurement, trade package review, and scope alignment Supporting quality, compliance, and safety processes Regular collaboration with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors This role suits someone who wants to step beyond pure administration and gain practical project delivery experience. About You To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate: Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction Exposure to multi-residential or high-rise projects Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract documentation High attention to detail and strong organisational capability Confident communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders professionally A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Relevant construction or engineering qualifications (preferred) You take ownership of your work, enjoy being close to site activity, and are motivated to progress toward a Project Management pathway.
