I am recruiting the next best Contracts Administrator to join a growing commercial construction team delivering high quality residential and commercial projects. This role will be working closely with the Senior Contracts Administrator and commercial team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Managing contract administration across multiple projects Preparing and assessing progress claims (client and subcontractor) Pricing, reviewing and negotiating variations Cost reporting and cashflow forecasting Monitoring project budgets and financial performance Letting and negotiating subcontract packages Sourcing and reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes Maintaining project documentation, registers and correspondence Assisting with tender reviews and cost analysis Coordinating approvals, inspections and required certifications Supporting site teams with documentation and compliance requirements Processing invoices, purchase orders and project data in Jobpac Contributing to process improvements across projects About You: 2–3 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator role within commercial construction A relevant construction qualification (or trade background) A current White Card Strong financial and commercial awareness Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to build solid working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Clear and professional communication skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset Offer: 120k - 140k Super Opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects Supportive leadership and team environment Long term career growth within a stable business I would love to hear from you!
