We are representing our Client in the recruitment of an Outside of School Hours Care Team Lead based in South-West Sydney, NSW. As the OSHC Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of a before and after school care service, leading a small team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program. You will play a key role in programming, staff support, and building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community. This service operates within a dedicated space on a school site and offers a structured yet welcoming environment for children. The team is collaborative and values consistency, quality programming, and positive relationships. Support is provided through experienced leadership, including mentoring and operational guidance. The service runs across split shifts, offering full-time hours with built-in administration time. Key Perks and Finer Details Competitive pay range aligned with experience and qualifications Full-time position (38 hours per week, split shifts) 70 pl exceeding rated service Dedicated OSHC service environment Located in South-West Sydney (NSW) Flexible administration hours (on-site or remote options available) Ongoing professional development and leadership mentoring Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality OSHC programs Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community Manage daily operations, including staffing, routines, and documentation Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children What You’ll Need Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role (preferred) Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in education and care Excellent communication and collaboration skills Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and Anaphylaxis training Why Join Our Client?
