In this role you will: Support participants with complex needs using a positive behaviour support approach that prioritises quality of life and reduces restrictive practices Deliver meaningful, person-centred strategies across home and community settings that create real, everyday impact Partner with families and support networks to build confidence, capability and long-term outcomes Enjoy working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical quality and shared learning Provide supervision and mentoring to developing Behaviour Support Practitioners while progressing your own leadership skills
