Customer Experience Specialist - Contact Centre (Permanent, Full Time) Location: North Ryde, NSW Hours: 38 hours per week Schedule: Rostered shifts between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm About the Role This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer support within a fast-paced contact centre environment, handling primarily inbound calls with some outbound enquiries relating to confidential information. You will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate communication, professionalism, and strong attention to detail at all times. Key Responsibilities - Managing a high volume of inbound calls (with some outbound calls) - Liaising with patients, doctors, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders - Prioritising urgent and sensitive interactions appropriately - Resolving enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records and system updates - Adhering to policies, procedures and compliance requirements - Supporting continuous improvement and service quality initiatives Requirements - Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information - High attention to detail and ability to follow protocols - Strong organisational and multitasking skills - Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Pay rate The pay rate is $28.12 per hour , with the following loading rates: 17.5% loading after 7pm 50% on Saturdays 100% on Sundays If you would like more information, please contact Sarah Brown sarah.brown@talentweb.com.au
