Event FOH / Barista Wednesday 25 March – Saturday 28 March Specialty Coffee / Event Activation We’re currently seeking two experienced baristas to join our event team for an exciting specialty coffee activation in Melbourne. This role will see you working front-of-house supporting roasters and ensuring the smooth operation of multiple coffee stations throughout the event. Key Dates & Availability Event dates: Wednesday 25 March to Saturday 28 March You must be available for all event dates Mandatory training: 4 hour paid training session scheduled in February Key Responsibilities Set up and manage multiple coffee stations within the activation Assist roasters with any machine or equipment questions/issues Confidently operate commercial coffee machines and grinders Empty wastewater buckets and maintain station cleanliness Restock milk fridges and consumables as required Assist with clean down and pack down during midday roaster changeovers Deliver excellent FOH customer service throughout the event What We’re Looking For Proven barista experience (specialty coffee highly regarded) Confident and competent using commercial coffee machines and grinders Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced event environment Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with roasters and event staff Availability to attend mandatory training in February Apply now if you’re a confident barista keen on event work.
