We are currently recruiting Restoration Technicians to support insurance restoration works across Sydney. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working on-site, and making a real difference for customers following fire, water, mould, or storm damage. About the Role As a Restoration Technician, you will work directly on residential and commercial properties, carrying out restoration works and supporting customers through the recovery process. You will attend multiple job sites daily, assess damage, complete restoration tasks, and ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a full-time position , reporting to the Sydney Operations Manager and working closely with State Managers. Full restoration-specific training will be provided for the right candidate, with clear opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities Carry out water, mould, fire, and storm damage restoration works Perform strip-outs, drying, remediation, and cleaning works Attend customer homes and businesses daily and manage multiple jobs Complete detailed assessments, documentation, and electronic reporting Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and internal teams Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Support regional or interstate work when required (allowances provided) Skills and Experience: Construction White Card Full Australian Driver's Licence Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred a Trade or building industry background Experience in restoration, construction, or similar environments Ability to recognise building materials and understand job site conditions Comfortable working in a hands-on environment High attention to detail and ability to multitask Willingness to learn and complete training Benefits Company vehicle provided (work use, with limited personal use for short commute errands) Full-time role, Monday to Friday Overtime paid (after 7.6 hours per day) Call-out fees and penalty rates Working-away-from-home allowances Financial support for qualifications and upskilling Clear career progression opportunities Open to relocation assistance (to be discussed) Sponsorship available for the right candidate Work Hours & Roster Full-time position Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm Overtime available and paid Occasional call-outs and Saturday work About the Company Our client offers a strong, team-focused environment with a hard-working, supportive, and communicative culture.
