Our client, a leading Australian provider in 3PL distribution of consumer products, is seeking hardworking and reliable Pick Packers to join their expanding team based in Eastern Creek. Position Details: Location: Eastern Creek Schedule: Monday to Friday (ongoing) Shifts Available: Day shift: 7:00 am 3:00 pm Pay Rate: $32 per hour penalties Additional: Weekend and overtime opportunities (flexibility highly regarded) Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack products with accuracy and efficiency Stage and prepare completed orders for dispatch Operate manual pallet jacks Stack pallets and manage pick/pack processes Assist with general hand duties and housekeeping Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar pick packing role Experience using pick-to-light systems and conveyors Strong manual handling capability (repetitive lifting involved) High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive “can-do” attitude Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role Flexibility with shifts and availability to commence immediately Own reliable transport (mandatory) Why Join?
