We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead shift operations, drive performance, and ensure customer orders are picked and delivered accurately and on time. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, supervising team members, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. About the Role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will: Lead Daily Operations Oversee shift operations in line with transport schedules and service level targets Ensure accurate and efficient order picking and stock replenishment Allocate labour effectively to meet operational demands Identify, escalate and resolve operational issues Report on shift performance and recommend improvements Manage Costs & Performance Control labour and operating expenses to meet budget targets Monitor and manage shrinkage and stock loss Oversee cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Lead & Develop Your Team Supervise, coach and support warehouse team members Manage performance and provide constructive feedback Train new starters and ensure clear communication across the shift Foster a positive, high-performance team culture Champion Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with OHS policies and legislation Promote safe manual handling practices Comply with HACCP requirements, RTW processes and Chain of Responsibility obligations About You You are a proactive leader who can balance operational delivery with people leadership.
