About the Role As a Salesforce Platform Architect, you will: Define and drive end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise strategy. Lead solution design, integrations, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, providing guidance to software engineers and project teams. Optimise Salesforce data and integration architecture, enforce security standards, and maintain platform health through audits and reviews. Develop and maintain the Salesforce technical roadmap, evaluate new capabilities (AI, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, AppExchange), and drive continuous improvement across teams. Collaborate closely with platform teams, stakeholders, and management to deliver robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. About You You will bring: 10 years technology experience, with 6–8 years in Salesforce Proven experience in solution design, integrations, and delivering Salesforce platforms at scale. Strong problem-solving, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A hunger to learn, drive results, and grow from Tech Lead into a full-time architect, or the capability to step directly into the architect role if you have prior experience.
