The role focuses on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions that maximise independence. This is an ongoing permanent position. You can choose full-time or a flexible FTE arrangement, including family‑friendly hours and varied working days. You will receive regular one‑to‑one supervision and support from our Practice Lead. You’ll also be supported by a large team of Exercise Physiologists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on-site staff. We provide general support and generous financial reimbursement for professional development to help you build skills in your areas of interest. About You: You are an Exercise Physiologist with strong clinical skills, a client-centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice. You are motivated to deliver high-quality care, adapt to changing client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. You value evidence-based practice, seek feedback to improve your work, and are dedicated to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
