The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated on-site General Practitioner to join our growing team, providing on-site medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across Bendigo and surrounding areas . This role offers a truly rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a supportive and well-structured model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists, and administrative staff — all working together to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care in the aged care setting. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden, giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents, their families, and the broader care team. Whether you are an experienced GP or newly Fellowed, this role offers flexibility and clinical autonomy alongside the opportunity to become a trusted clinical presence within Residential Aged Care Homes — providing consistent oversight, elevating care standards, and contributing to a model that delivers measurable, lasting impact for older Australians. What We Offer: Attractive Daily Rate: Earn up to $2,200 per day for an 8-hour workday, with predictable scheduling and consistent demand. What We’re Looking For: AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions). Please note, overseas applicants without RACGP Fellowship need not apply. Availability: 1-3 days per week Tech-Savvy: Proficient in system-based reporting and familiarity with various software packages is a plus.
