The Role AWX are seeking a highly motivated person with previous experience in a warehouse based in Northern Gold Coast and exposure dealing with a large range of products. This is a casual position with possible opportunity to work ongoing until with a possible full-time opportunity for the right person Day to day warehouse operations Receiving and dispatch Forklift operation Loading trucks/hand unloading containers Picking and packing of orders Stock control Data Entry Adhere to all OH&S requirements. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Other tasks as directed. The Applicant The Ideal Candidate will possess: Strong OH&S principles Focused on quality and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Can work unsupervised and as part of a team. Ability to learn large amounts of products and locations. Reliability is key as this is a small team. Qualifications and Experience Must have a current Forklift License Ability to follow clear verbal instructions. Able to multi-task Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Committed team player. Minimum of 1 year in a warehousing or logistics environment Strong written communication skills High level of attention to detail Leads by example.
