The Opportunity We are seeking a confident, experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join us as Clinical Nurse Manager at our flagship Brightwater Inglewood site. Additional opportunity is now available for a PT Clinical Nurse Located within Brightwater Central — our vibrant community campus featuring the Brightwater Research Centre and head office — the Inglewood site is surrounded by landscaped gardens, parklands, and a nearby golf course. The facility provides a warm, contemporary home for 128 residents across eight beautifully designed houses over two levels. In this key leadership role, you will partner closely with the Service Manager to uphold exceptional clinical standards in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework . You will mentor and empower a dedicated team of health professionals, championing holistic, person‑centred care that truly reflects Brightwater’s Mission and Values. About You You are a passionate, skilled, and collaborative clinical professional who thrives in a leadership role. This permanent full‑time position is ideal for Clinical Nurses looking to step into a senior role and drive meaningful change. You will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Nurse (preferably in Residential Aged Care) and current AHPRA registration Strong clinical knowledge with advanced critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills Demonstrated leadership capability with a supportive, proactive mentoring style A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Solid experience with clinical and quality auditing, and a passion for continuous improvement Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Sound understanding of the aged care sector and relevant standards Experience in recruitment, performance management, and workforce development Flexibility to meet resident and family needs, including participation in an on‑call roster A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance , key personnel checks, and a National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months What Brightwater Offers When you join Brightwater, you’re joining a values‑driven organisation that invests in your growth, wellbeing, and career.
