Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nail Technician to join the team at Professional Nail Care. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art. Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized in accordance with health and safety standards. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering them a personalized and relaxing experience. Provide expert advice to clients on nail care, nail health, and nail products. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products within the nail and beauty industry. Maintain accurate client records, including preferences, allergies, and any special requirements. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment for both clients and staff. Work collaboratively with other beauty professionals to create a seamless service experience for all clients. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatments. Promote salon products and services, contributing to the overall success of the business. Skills and Attributes: Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or a similar qualification in nail technology. Proven experience as a Nail Technician, with a portfolio showcasing previous work. Proficient in a wide range of nail techniques (e.g., manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, nail art). Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a passion for beauty and nails. Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure in a busy salon environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to nail care services. A proactive attitude toward learning new skills and techniques. Job Type & Salary: This is a full-time permanent role. The base salary will be 75,000 – 85,000 plus superannuation. Working Hours: Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
