Working closely with our production teams and reporting directly to the Procurement Coordinator, your role will be to: Receive, gain approvals and purchase goods requested by employees and managers; Place orders with suppliers within deadlines to ensure items are kept in stock; Monitor stock levels and order status, responding proactively to low stock and delays; Forecasting ordering in consultation with 3PL providers and suppliers; Provide prompt responses to suppliers regarding weekly scheduled deliveries; Conduct weekly stock counts for production items and record stock movements; and Collaborate with management and suppliers to forecast and order in alignment with lead times. This position is based within our Main Office working Monday – Friday in Oakey, QLD. What skill are we looking for?
