Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, construction and commissioning. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil (Concrete) Designer to join our busy design team based in our Brisbane CBD office. This position is an integral role in providing concrete design for mineral process plants and bulk material handling projects. We are looking for an innovative and motivated Designer that thrives in a fast paced, solutions focused environment. Key Responsibilities of the role: Produce drawings (hard copy and electronic CAD files) in accordance with client specification, GRES Standards and industry best practices Be able to transmit clear and concise information through drawings to engineers Manage workload to ensure tasks are completed in an orderly manner, within times required for various projects Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in the design documentation produced for activities under their control Experience in the preparation and review of design documents to schedule Skills/Qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Civil Design or Engineering beneficial Experience with mineral process plants and bulk materials handling projects Experience preparing concrete construction drawings to industry standards 3D modelling in AutoCAD Experience with Civil 3D is preferable What’s on offer With over 800 employees across Australia, our focus is to create a rewarding working environment where you will be valued and appreciated for your knowledge, experience and innovative mind.
