This is a role where experience is trusted and design judgement carries weight. About you: Minimum 6 years’ experience using 12D (including Music and Drains ideally). Strong background in CAD drafting and land subdivision design. Relevant Civil Engineering qualifications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role suits a seasoned civil designer who’s confident taking ownership of projects, applying strong 12D and subdivision design skills, and working autonomously to deliver high‑quality outcomes across the full land development lifecycle.
