As Senior Associate, Disclosure Compliance, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Equity Trustees disclosure standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Disclosure Compliance, you will apply your technical expertise to support the uplift of disclosure governance and ensure our documents meet regulatory, governance and quality expectations. You will support continuous improvement across our disclosure oversight framework, collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, and contribute to strengthening risk‑based practices across our expanding product set. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key parts of our disclosure review process, applying your understanding of governance and regulatory requirements to help ensure our materials are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. You’ll review documents, identify potential risks or gaps, and work with senior business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall quality. Building strong and collaborative relationships you’ll contribute to refining our oversight processes and support continuous improvement across the disclosure pipeline. What you will need to succeed: 3 years in disclosure compliance, ideally within funds management. Strong knowledge of Responsible Entity obligations, disclosure regulations, and managed fund governance. Proven track record in reviewing and uplifting offer documents within a regulated environment. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
