Talent Focus is partnering with a values-driven, not-for-profit early learning centre seeking two experienced Lead Educators to assist in the Nursery and Jr Kindy rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and support children’s development in an inclusive environment. The Role: Facilitate engaging, play-based experiences in line with the EYLF and QKLG frameworks Foster a secure, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children Support, guide, and work alongside educators to help them reach their full potential Develop positive, respectful connections with children and their families Act in the Responsible Person capacity when needed Support and promote the positive, inclusive culture of the service What We’re Looking For: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – essential Strong understanding of early childhood frameworks, including EYLF, QKLG, and the NQF ]Skilled in observing, documenting, and evaluating children’s learning and development Demonstrates teamwork, initiative, and effective leadership capability Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) – required Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates Genuine enthusiasm for creating engaging and meaningful learning opportunities for children.
