Role & Responsibilities: General Administrative duties including email enquiries & Personal Assistant duties Ensure all legislative obligations are met Assistance with processing and following up on maintenance requests Preparing meeting documents and minutes General typing, scanning and photocopying of documents Attending to customer queries via email, phone or in person Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines (insurance, inspections etc.) The Candidate: Strong administration experience in Strata Management is essential! Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task Solid computer skills, and ability to learn new strata system. Willingness to learn and be a team player.
