About the Role: As a Senior Work Coordinator at Wilmar Sugar and Renewables, you will oversee the day workforce during the crush season and manage feed and crush operations during maintenance. You’ll coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure smooth operational delivery, all while contributing to the strong, family-oriented culture at Kalamia Mill. In this role, you will focus on people management, operational efficiency, and cost control, fostering a high-performance environment where teams are supported, encouraged to improve, and aligned to achieve business objectives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and operational outcomes. Key responsibilities include monitoring workforce performance, supporting training and development programs, coordinating projects and capital works, and ensuring compliance with financial, contractual, and operational standards. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain high-quality performance across all operations.
