As Office Coordinor in our prime CBD Head Office location, this is a fast-paced, varied and highly collaborative support role where you'll provide administrative, coordination and organisational support to ensure the successful operation of the NSW Construction business. This is a permanent role 4-5 days per week, if 4 days ideally working Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities: Provide extensive diary and travel management Coordinate meetings, event logistics, catering and briefing documents Assist with document preparation, proofing, reports and correspondence Provide admin support to Construction Managers, Regional Directors and the Office & Events Manager Support New Business team activities and ad hoc tasks Assist with expenses, invoicing, purchase orders and Mastercard reconciliation Collaborate with Regional PAs and site-based Office Coordinators Provide reception relief as required Uphold confidentiality and operate in alignment with the Multiplex Code of Conduct About You: You will thrive here if you enjoy supporting busy leaders, staying organised, and building strong relationships across teams and sites.
