As Project Manager, you will take ownership of this flagship site. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing project team, managing sophisticated stakeholders, and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, construction projects $100M for a main contractor Experience working for a tier 1 builder is preferred Ability to manage mitigate risks and ensure project profitability Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, contractors, architects, etc.).
