We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples for long-term opportunities commencing February 2026 and running through to mid-2027. This major Main Roads WA project will deliver critical road infrastructure upgrades while creating meaningful and sustainable employment pathways within civil construction. About the Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced: • Concreters • Formworkers • Steel Fixers • All Round Plant Operators (multi-ticketed) This is a long-term project-based opportunity offering stability, strong team culture and genuine career progression. Key Skills & Experience We are interested in candidates who demonstrate: • Trade experience in formwork, including conventional timber and steel formwork erection and maintenance • Concreting experience including pouring, curing and finishing • Steel fixing capability including fabrication, assembly and installation for bridges, culverts and road infrastructure • Multi-skilled plant operating experience (Roller, Water Cart, Dump Truck, Excavator, Grader, Loader) • Previous civil construction experience, ideally on MRWA projects • Current nationally accredited operating tickets, Driver’s Licence and White/Blue Card • Strong commitment to safety with a proven positive safety record Our Commitment At Georgiou, we are committed to addressing disadvantage and inequity experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through the way we do business.
