This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal growth role, working closely with the Head Office (based in Melbourne) and playing a key part in expanding market share across the QLD region. About the Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of developing and executing sales strategies across Queensland, driving new business acquisition and strengthening existing client relationships. Operating within the diesel generator space, your focus will be on identifying opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial and commercial markets. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring a proactive, self-starting mindset and strong industry networks. You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting site visits, preparing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless handover to operations. Success in this role will come from your ability to build trust, understand technical requirements, and position tailored power solutions in competitive environments.
