This role is focused on growing profitable HVAC service project revenue by leveraging our existing service client base and targeting new market opportunities. Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive profitable growth of HVAC Service Projects across SEQ. Identify and convert opportunities within our existing service client base. Target key sectors including Government, Health, Universities, and portfolio clients. Prepare accurate project estimates and competitive tender submissions. Lead Bid / No Bid decisions and manage the full quotation process. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and subcontractors. Differentiate VAE’s submissions through value-driven solutions and smart HVAC design. Ensure seamless sales handover to operations for successful project delivery.
