The Gig We are seeking an individual with prior experience as a Manager, Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or in a similar role, eager to take the next step in their career. This is a role where hospitality meets creativity across a multi-outlet space, from our buzzing lobby lounge to our restaurant and event spaces. You’ll oversee cocktail and beverage programs, keep par levels on point, and ensure service standards stay aligned with the brand. Guest interactions will be key, as you set the vibe that keeps people coming back and turn every interaction into an opportunity to create something unforgettable. You’ll lead a talented crew, offering mentorship, training, and guidance that inspires top-notch service and fosters a genuine sense of camaraderie. From crafting signature cocktails and refining menus to overseeing rosters, recruitment, and stock management, you’ll balance hands-on bar leadership with operational excellence. You’ll also have the versatility to step onto the floor, while confidently closing the venue post-service and ensuring every detail runs seamlessly. The Gig: Manage the daily operations of the bar, including staff supervision and inventory control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws. Develop and implement innovative drink menus and promotions to enhance customer experience. Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service. Monitor and manage bar budgets, including cost control and revenue generation. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. About You: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a restaurant environment preferred Strong mixology skills and knowledge of beverage trends (cocktails, spirits & wines) Previous experience in Inventory management & WET costs control Exceptional leadership and team management abilities Thorough comprehension of hospitality safety protocols Keen desire to deliver a memorable dining experience Thrives in a collaborative team setting Outstanding communication skills and adept at following instructions Dependable with a robust organisational aptitude Ability to troubleshoot unexpected situations calmly Minimum 3 years of cocktail bar experience Unlimited working rights is a requirement of this role for successful execution of Bar Manager duties.
