As the Internal Communications Specialist APAC, we will empower you to be bold and curious, redefine standards and evolve the status quo. Youll be responsible for creating and delivering highquality internal communications that keep colleagues across APAC informed, engaged, and aligned with business priorities It supports the consistent use of internal communication platforms, channels and strategies to ensure messages, updates and knowledge are shared in a timely and engaging way. Additionally, the role plays a key part in shaping and celebrating organisational culture through creative communication initiatives, priority APAC projects and regional campaigns. This is a fulltime, fourmonth contract commencing immediately, based in one of our Hays offices preferably Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. Key responsibilities Support clear, timely and consistent internal communications across APAC, ensuring alignment of messages across markets and channels. Coordinate major regional initiatives, including the Hays Annual event, internal awards and recognition programs. Manage and maintain the APAC intranet, including publishing updates, refreshing content and ensuring information accuracy. Develop and maintain a pipeline of engaging internal news and stories that highlight business performance, culture and colleague achievements. Partner with leaders and the People & Culture team to support internal messaging, regional updates and town hall communications. Draft, edit and qualitycheck content for email, intranet and internal presentations, ensuring alignment with brand and communication standards. What you'll need to succeed Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging internal content. Proven copywriting experience, ideally within professional services or salesdriven environments. Demonstrated background in internal communications, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams and channels. High attention to detail, delivering accurate, consistent and highquality messaging. Experience managing events, including planning, logistics and stakeholder coordination. Confident supporting and delivering virtual events, ensuring smooth execution and strong colleague engagement.
